What are they?

Mutt Strutts are the RSPCA's version of "Race for Life" or "London Marathon". Supporters gain sponsors who will donate money on their behalf to RSPCA Hillingdon, Slough, Windsor, Kingston & District Branch and they, with or without their dog, then carry out the Dog Walk in order to "earn" the sponsorship.

When are they?

We hold our Mutt Strutts a few times a year in several different locations throughout our Branch area.

Enter at main entrance and turn right immediately once inside

Plenty of parking available

2 hour walk will include woodlands (some uneven ground so please wear sturdy shoes)

To participate in a Mutt Strutt:

Put the date in your diary!
Print off a sponsorship form from this website and start gaining sponsors!!
Your sponsors can either pay you up front using cash or cheque, or can wait until you've completed the event before paying. If anyone wants to pay by credit or debit card and they have access to the internet, then give them the address www.justgiving.com/MuttStrutt where they can make their payment.
Come on the day, with or without a dog, and feel free to bring your friends and family! Black Park is a great family venue and Kempton Park offers our own refreshments and stalls, plus an up close view of the racecourse!
Sign in and registration stall and pay in any monies that have been collected so far. If you've got all the money promised to you then you'll hand in your sponsorship form at this point. If you need to take your form away to collect monies after you've completed the walk, then send your form in with payment later by post or make a "combined" payment yourself online.
When you've finished the walk we'll sign your form to say you've completed it.
After the day, once we've received all your monies in, you will receive a than you letter and certificate to show how much you raised and rosettes will be given to those who raise the most money.

To sponsor someone participating in the Mutt Strutt

Give your sponsorship money to your participant, send a cheque to our office address, marked "Mutt Strutt" on the back, or give online at...

Maybe you know the person, and maybe you don't. We will have staff from our rehoming centre walking at each event with a dog that is currently looking for a new home. Feel free to sponsor our animals and give a donation that will help us continue to look after them while they are in our care!
